As Ulusoy Elektrik, we see it as a necessity of business efficiency to apply a healthier and safer working environment to our employees and visitors by applying a management approach that gives importance to respect for people and the environment they live in. Showing the commitment to the well-being of all our employees by adopting the main element of the Eaton Business System, the slogan of "Ensuring that you return to your home as healthy and safe as you come from home" is the basis of our occupational health and safety policy.

Within the framework of this policy, our primary goal is to raise awareness and culture regarding occupational health and safety to the highest levels in all employees, including Senior Management, to ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities within their authority limits and to believe that all occupational accidents and occupational diseases are preventable. To ensure the continuous improvement of the healthy and safe working environment created for these purposes; Ulusoy Elektrik Top Management has established the OHS Management System and implements it effectively.

In our company, which is a subsidiary of Eaton Global, it is our short-term goal to create "Zero Incident Safety Culture" in our workplace and adopt this culture to all our employees with a proactive and innovative approach to ensure the sustainability of our operations in the long term. One of our long-term goals is to be accepted as one of the most responsible companies to create a healthy and safe working environment in the eyes of all our stakeholders.

To achieve this goal, Ulusoy Elektrik commits to;

  • Comply with OHS Management System Standards, Legal Legislation and other compliance obligations,
  • Comply with the Rules, Policies and Objectives published by OHS, including the Life-Saving Rules published by the Eaton group of companies, of which we are a part,
  • To work for the continuous improvement of OHS Management Systems,
  • Provide the necessary human resources, technology and financial resources to improve the contribution of all relevant parties to the OHS management,
  • Identify and eliminate unsafe situations and behaviors, potential accident risks that may lead to occupational accidents and occupational diseases in the workplace and its additions, and to minimize risks,
  • Increase awareness of OHS in all our employees and also in all people working on behalf of our company,
  • Eliminate, minimize and control risks for our employees regarding new products to be produced in the future or new processes and activities to be developed,
  • Protect human health and safety by constantly following scientific researches and technological developments and to continuously improve our workforce performance and review our situation,
  • Keep the protection of human health and the environment in the foreground,
  • Communicate with all stakeholders and share information when necessary,
  • Creating all necessary conditions for achieving goals and targets, ensuring the participation of all employees to achieve sustainable "Zero Incident Safety Culture" by continuously improving our Occupational Health and Safety culture,
  • Work in harmony with the published Environment and Energy Policy.

 All our employees and also all the people working on behalf of our company; are responsible for supporting, assisting and continually improving OHS practices.
