Transformer Test Lab. Complaints Procedure

All complaints obtained from the customers about the test laboratory, written, verbally mentioned, on paper or on website are all forwarded to the Quality Management Representative (QMR) and it is ensured that all complaints are entered in the FR-04 MÜŞTERİ ŞİKAYET FORMU(Customer Complaint Form). QMR first decides whether the complaint is related to laboratory activities. If it is determined that the complaint is related to the laboratory activities, the validation and examination of the complaint and the activities to be implemented are decided together with the relevant test personnel, recorded and monitored by QMR. The Test Engineer, on the other hand, is responsible for the implementation of all appropriate steps regarding the complaint.

Whenever possible, the laboratory informs the customer that the complaint has been accepted, then the laboratory informs the customer about steps taken regarding the complaint and the result when it is finalized. Practices and corrective actions related to the elimination of the complaint are enforced by the personnel(s) who are not the subject of the complaint.
